Reports
After sending a campaign, Reports shows you what happened: how many messages were delivered, failed and more.
What you can see
Section titled “What you can see”Open Campaigns → Sent Messages (and API Messages for messages sent by applications):
- Delivered: messages that reached the recipient.
- Failed: messages that could not be delivered, with a reason.
- Pending: messages still in progress.
Reading the numbers
Section titled “Reading the numbers”- A high delivery rate means your list and Sender ID are healthy.
- Look at failures to spot invalid numbers or blocklisted recipients.
- Use Suppressions to stop messaging people who opted out.
