Welcome to Platform5. Create your account to start sending SMS, building campaigns and reaching your customers.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to app.platform5.tech and click Sign up.
- Enter your name, work email and a strong password.
- Open the verification link we send to your email.
- Choose an organization name. This is the shared workspace you and your team will work in.
Verify your organization
Section titled “Verify your organization”Before you can send messages to real recipients, your organization must be verified. You will be asked for:
- Your registered business name and country,
- The Sender ID you want to use (the name your messages appear from),
- A copy of your business registration or tax certificate.
Verification is usually quick. While it is in progress you can explore the dashboard and prepare your contacts.
Add funds
Section titled “Add funds”Platform5 works on a prepaid balance. To send messages you need money in your account; top up with M-Pesa from Billing → Balance & top-ups. See Balance & top-ups.
Invite your team
Section titled “Invite your team”From Organizations → Members, invite your colleagues by email. Each member can have a different role, for example who can see billing or manage contacts. See Members.
